Robinson Backs Trump, Welcomes Extremism To NC

In response to Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson endorsing Donald Trump, Kate Frauenfelder, a spokesperson for Josh Stein’s campaign, released the following statement: 

“Of course Mark Robinson endorsed Donald Trump. He’s a MAGA extremist who believes abortion should be banned even in the case of rape or incest, that women are not called to lead, and that children should not be taught science in elementary school. He denies the 2020 election results, the climate crisis, and even the Holocaust. North Carolinians will have a clear choice next November – Josh Stein will fight for them, not the culture wars.”
