NEWS: Coach Roy Williams Endorses Josh Stein, Supports His Education Plan To “Give Every Child A Fair Shot”

In a new television ad, former UNC basketball coach Roy Williams endorses Josh Stein and highlights his plan to support public schools and “give every child a fair shot,” including raising teacher pay and expanding vocational programs. 

On the heels of the launch of “Educators for Stein,” the ad underscores the stark choice in the race when it comes to public education. Coach Williams makes clear that Josh will be a Governor who “fights to make our public schools the best in the country.” 

The ad will launch during today’s coverage of the UNC vs. Duke football game.
