NEW AD: Josh Stein For North Carolina Launches “Unsafe,” Reveals Dangerous Conditions Of Robinson Family Daycare
Today, Josh Stein for North Carolina launched a new ad highlighting the daycare Mark Robinson and his wife Yolanda Hill formerly operated, which state documents show was unsanitary and endangered children. The ad reveals a series of investigations and findings that show the daycare failed to provide a safe environment for its children, with safety gaps including lack of supervision, exposed electrical outlets, and operating “at times without lights, heat, or running water.”
Multiple state reports also reveal the Robinsons attempted to falsify “credentials allowing them to operate the center — even though the state had no record of issuing them.”
“Whether it’s endangering kids or falsifying business documents, Mark Robinson is showing North Carolina voters how unfit he is for the job of Governor,” said Jeff Allen, campaign manager for Josh Stein for North Carolina. “If this is how Mark Robinson cared for children, he cannot be trusted to care for the future of our state.”
