Josh Stein Tours Guilford Technical Community College, Highlights Importance of Building Strong Workforce

Today, Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein toured Guilford Technical Community College’s Jamestown Campus and emphasized his commitment to continuing to build a strong workforce in North Carolina.  

“I was inspired by the students and leaders I met today, who showed me the phenomenal work GTCC is doing to prepare students for careers in welding and in advanced manufacturing,” said Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein. “As Governor, I am committed to investing in career and technical education and trade skill development so that every North Carolinian has the opportunity for a rewarding career.”
