Josh Stein Meets with Farmers, Rallies With Community Members In Swing Through Eastern North Carolina
This week, Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein was on the road in eastern North Carolina as part of his “Real Time With Stein” listening tour. Josh continues to build a diverse coalition, rallying supporters in every corner of the state and reminding them that he is working to earn every vote.
“Throughout eastern North Carolina, I am amazed and inspired by people’s commitment to a safer and stronger state,” said Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein. “Together, we will deliver on North Carolina’s promise – that if you work hard, where you come from will never limit how far you can go, and that everyone should have a fair shot at prosperity.”
In Sims, Stein met with local farmers to discuss the challenges they’re facing, the opportunities they’re excited about, and the partnership between farmers and policymakers needed to support this critical industry.
In Ahoskie and New Bern, Stein met with community members, listened to their priorities, and emphasized his plans to bring economic opportunities to every corner of the state, invest in our public schools, and make communities safer.
Since becoming the Democratic nominee for Governor, Stein has been traveling across North Carolina, meeting with students, small business owners, workers, farmers, faith leaders, and others to continue building a broad coalition of voters who believe in a safer, stronger future for every North Carolinian.
