Josh Stein Launches NC Strong Tour To Get Out The Vote As Early Voting Begins

This week, Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein visited Mecklenburg, Granville, Wake, Catawba, Nash, and Wilson Counties on his “NC Strong” GOTV tour. Throughout his visits, Stein rallied volunteers and encouraged folks to get out and vote during early voting. Early voting began on October 17 and will continue through November 2.

“Our vote is our power, and each one of us has a responsibility to exercise our power in safe and secure elections like the ones we have here in North Carolina.” said Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein. “Together we can break the supermajority and protect the Governorship so we can deliver safer communities, stronger schools, and meaningful job opportunities across our state.”

Throughout the campaign, Josh has consistently heard from voters about the importance of expanding economic opportunity, strengthening public education and vocational training, and improving public safety for every North Carolinian. He has partnered with Democrats, Republicans, and Independents to unify the state around a shared vision of a safer, stronger North Carolina.
