Josh Stein For North Carolina Brings “NC Strong” Tour To Hickory, Asheville, & Charlotte
On October 11, Attorney General and candidate for governor Josh Stein brought his “NC Strong” tour to Hickory, Asheville, and Charlotte to connect with voters about the importance of this election.
“With nearly one year until Election Day, I’m excited to be traveling the state, meeting North Carolinians and hearing their concerns,” said Josh Stein. “The enthusiasm we’re seeing is palpable, and it’s clear people are ready to work to keep North Carolina moving forward.”
As governor, Josh will strengthen career technical education and mentorship programs because he believes four-year college isn’t the only way to support a family. He visited the Workforce Solutions Complex at Catawba Valley Community College to learn about how they are training students to be ready for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
Josh also rallied voters in Asheville and Charlotte to emphasize what’s on the line — from defending women’s freedoms to protecting our public schools.
Josh launched his “NC Strong” tour nearly one year out from Election Day to reach voters across the state and share his vision for a safer, stronger North Carolina. Throughout the tour, he’ll hear from North Carolinians about the issues that matter to them, including lowering costs and increasing economic stability for middle class families, investing in public schools and workforce training programs, and building safe communities.
