Josh Stein Continues NC Strong Tour To Encourage Early Voting
As early voting ends on Saturday, Attorney General and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein is continuing his NC Strong tour of the state, encouraging North Carolinians to turn out to vote for a safer, stronger North Carolina. He has been joined by supporters, students, volunteers, and Democratic candidates down the ballot working together to deliver victory on Election Day.
On Tuesday, Josh visited Johnston, Cumberland, and Hoke Counties to hold meet and greets and thank volunteers for their hard work and support. In Hoke County, he was joined by Representative Garland Pierce and volunteers to knock doors and speak to community members about moving North Carolina forward.
Josh also hosted a roundtable at Fayetteville State University to encourage students to head to the polls and vote for a future they can thrive in. He emphasized the importance of youth engagement in this election, and commended tremendous turnout among college students this year.
“We only have a few days left to deliver on the promise of North Carolina: that where you come from should never limit how far you can go.” said Attorney General and Democratic nominee for Governor Josh Stein. “I am energized by our volunteers and our voters, and I am confident that we will come together to reject hate and choose a brighter future for our state.”
